Grilled Corn with Herbed Chili Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cobs Corn
  • 3 Tbsp Butter Melted
  • 1 Tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Basil Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Chives Chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill to high
  2. Shuck corn and carefully remove any silks
  3. Melt butter and chop herbs finely. Mix together in a small bowl with chili powder and garlic powder.
  4. Grill the corn, turning the cob constantly so that all sides are cooked through. Roughly 2 minutes per side
  5. Remove from grill and brush over herbed chili butter. Add salt to taste
