Boozy Limoncello Spritz

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Oz Limoncello
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 4 Oz Pinot Grigio
  • 6 Oz Prosecco
  • Ice to top
Garnishes
  • Lemons cut into slices or wedges
  • Sprig of Thyme or Mint
  • Edible Flowers

Method
 

  1. Divide the ingredients between 2 tall spritz glasses or red wine glasses. Stir to combine then top with ice. Add as much or as little Prosecco as desired until the glass is full
  2. Garnish then serve and enjoy!

Notes

If a less alcoholic version is preferred, use club soda or sparkling water instead of Prosecco
